USB

The RT4 Device has at least one USB Host Port.
This means that it is possible to connect USB Devices such as flash drives.

There is an unused connector on the back with 6 pins, where 4 of them are a regular USB connection.
Check the tutorial to find out the Pinout

Without any modifications, the system accepts software upgrades via the USB port, just like it was a regular CD-Rom disk.
It doesn't read MP3 files directly from the USB device, but using some modified upgrade scripts we can use the port to copy MP3 files to the Jukebox Partition

By looking to the upgrade CD BootRom we can find some references to an USB Network adapter and some elements that look like an implementation of a TCP/IP Stack. However this probably is used only for development and debugging processes, as th rest of the software doesn't mention any of this.
